Established in 1987, our practice has a long-standing presence in Surrey and Greater London, with our offices being based in Esher, Surrey. We specialise in crafting bespoke residential designs tailored for private clients. Our approach centres around creating liveable, functional spaces that our clients can call a home. James leads the residential side of the practice, combining a strong design vision with a considered approach to project delivery. His attention to detail shapes the way projects develop, balancing traditional architectural detailing with contemporary construction methods. Drawing on a strong understanding of classical design, he creates homes that respect architectural heritage while responding to modern living. James is closely involved throughout the process, from early concept through to construction, ensuring each project is thoughtfully designed and carefully realised.

Nenad heads up our commercial work, with extensive experience in complex retail, restaurant, and shopping centre projects. He combines detailed technical knowledge with the ability to resolve challenges effectively within the built environment. His expertise has been trusted by major commercial property owners such as Aviva, and leading international brands including Nike and Apple.
Robin Crane
Planning and Conservation Specialist
Robin is our planning and conservation specialist, with over 40 years of experience in architecture and design. Accredited by the RIBA as a Specialist Conservation Architect – the highest level of accreditation – he brings exceptional knowledge of historic architecture and sustainable technologies adapted for modern living. Robin continues to craft timeless projects informed by heritage and innovation.
